Pilot Project
The OnBase Records Management System is currently being piloted in Allegan AESA, Kalamazoo RESA, Plainwell Community Schools, Portage Public Schools, and Van Buren ISD.  Additional districts may sign up for the project by completing the Sign-Up Form.

Document Import Processor - The ability to automatically import batches of information from existing electronic formats
E-Mail Integration
 - One-Click filing of e-mails and attachments from Groupwise and Outlook
OCR - The ability to convert scanned graphic text into searchable character-based information
Virtual Print Driver - Allows for documents to be printed from any windows-based application directly into the Records Management System
Web-Based Access
 - The OnBase web client allows for access to information through a standard web browser
Workflow
- The ability to route forms/documents for approval and to automate processes.
